Q: Will you get rid of administrators that are not effective or meet the needs or expectations of students and parents?
A: The social, emotional and physical welfare of our students is, and should be, our first priority as a school system. As a board member, I cannot, alone, terminate an employee. However, where there is provable cause where negligence or maliciousness is demonstrated consistently, I would wholehearted support the removal or termination of that administrator.
